E xcellent delivery service available locally, nationally and internationally.
Prices start at £5 for a local delivery. We provide a special 3-hour delivery
service for your more urgent gifts. Please contact us for further details. Minimum
order for delivery is £20.00.

an order
In you wish to place an order, we will ask you for the following
information
1. Your name and contact details
2. The recipients name and address.
If it is an order for abroad we will need a telephone number for them, the order
cannot be processed without it.
3. The delivery date
4. Items required
5. A short card message (20 words max)
6. Your credit card details

Substitution
In the event of the flowers you want being unavailable eg due to seasonal limitations
or weather restrictions, we reserve the right to substitute for similar high
quality flowers.

Looking
after your flowers
All the flowers come with a care and guarantee card giving you advice on how
best to care for your flowers. If you want additional advice please feel free
to contact us and one of our trained staff will be happy to help. If there appears
to be a problem with the flowers or plants, please ring us immediately.

VAT
All products are subjected to VAT at 17.5%. If you require a VAT receipt please
ask when ordering your flowers. The VAT has been included in the prices on this
site.
